The programs facilitate the assessment of individual laboratory performances in relation to program defined central reference values and allowable limits of performance.

The method classification scheme we employ, allows the description of methods according to the analytical principle, instrument, reagent supplier and the calibration method used. This facilitates a high level of peer review.

A number of highly graphical reports are provided to allow the highlighting of sources of laboratory error (bias and imprecision) and to assist with the peer review process.

  • Interim Reports are issued shortly after sample due-dates.
  • End-of-Cycle Reports are provided at the completion of a program cycle and summarise performances over the period.
  • Supervisor and Sub-Group Reports allow meta-analysis of program data according to defined sub-groups of interest.
