This includes: FB, HS, DD, DS, BF and April Malaria.
May Morphology and Electrophoresis reports will be sent with the June reports.
Please check these reports carefully as reprints/amendments will not be accepted once June reports have been issued. |

| Virtual Microscope Scanning service |
| The Haematology QAP, under the funding agreement with the Department of Health and Aging, is offering a free VM Scanning service to other institutions and organisations. There will be no charge for the scanning although there may be a charge for any consumables (DVD's etc) required. As scanning is time consuming, and we want as many institutions as possible to benefit, a limit of 5 slide scans will apply. This free service will be available until 30th April 2009. If you wish to take up this offer please download the following request form and contact the Haematology QAP. |
